The 22nd annual Chocolate Affaire arrives at Murphy Park in Historic Downtown Glendale Feb. 3-5.
This event is hosted by Cerreta Candy Company, who will offer tours of their factory throughout the entire event.
“I’ve been a couple of times. I like it. It’s a lot like the Glendale Glitters event as it has vendors and fun stuff for little kids, live music and a tour of the Cerreta candy factory,” said Linette Morales, Glendale resident.
The Chocolate Affaire is free to the public and all ages are welcome.
Vendors will sell different choclate confections suc as chocolate covered potato chips, strawberries and bacon.
There will also be vendors selling non-food related items such as jewelery, crafts and more.
The event will also offer musical entertainment, carnival rides, face-painting and so much more.
Authors of romance novels will be at the event, allowing fans the chance to meet some of their favorite writers of the romance genre.
“I’ve heard of it, never been before, but I’d like to check it out,” Glendale resident, Junior Wert, said.
The Chocolate Affaire will begin Friday 5-10 p.m. Saturday’s hours will be 10 a.m.- 10 p.m. and the last day of the event will be Sunday from 12-5 p.m.
Parking is available along the streets near the event and there are also two downtown parking garages just off 5900 W. Glenn Dr.
